Maria Garrido
Degree in Biochemistry from the Complutense University of Madrid and PhD from the Technical University of Madrid 2016.
In 2011 I started to work in the research group “Molecular bases of allergenicity and cross-reactivity in plant food” led by Dr. Araceli Díaz Perales in the Center for Plant Biotechnology and Genomics (CBGP, UPM-INIA). My work is carried out both inside the laboratory, in basic research work and promotion of new researchers, and in the education field, where I participate in different subjects of the Biotechnology Degree and in the master of Computational Biology.
The quality of the research carried out is guaranteed by the publication of 21 articles in indexed international journals, as well as by the multiple contributions in international congresses.
