Your thesis in a nutshell

The 7th May, our predoc researchers Bruno Cuevas and Guadalupe Hernández competed in the UPM contest “Your thesis in a nutshell”, where young researchers have to explain their research in three minutes to a diverse audience. The main goal is to drive Ph.D. students to improve their divulgation skills; a trait that we miss among scientists quite often.

Furthermore, Guadalupe won a finalist prize and was invited to attend the prize-giving-ceremony. There, she played again and won the special public award. Two prizes on the same day!
