This Tuesday 12th June, our post-doc researcher Jaime Tomé was invited to participate in the CBGP Junior Seminar as guest post-doc. The program is mainly oriented to Ph.D. students seminars, but the organizing committee is intending to open the participation to our post-doc staff.
In his communication, titled “Role of the MALT in a food allergy mouse model: seeking for the eye of the storm”, he made an important accent in the problem of increasing allergy rates, and he displayed some of our latest in vitro results. He also emphasized the relation between food allergens and plants, which is significant in a plant-oriented research environment as the CBGP.
